Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer to join our team in Cambridge. This role is vital in addressing and managing ASB issues in the city.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the resolution of individual ASB cases per Council policies.
Respond to ASB complaints and serious neighbour nuisance reports.
Coordinate investigations and take enforcement action when needed.
Advise customers on ASB policies and procedures.
Keep the Senior Community Safety Officer updated on case progress.
Collaborate with key agencies and report to relevant groups.
Conduct interviews and gather evidence in liaison with the Police and other agencies.
Maintain detailed records and case files for legal proceedings.
Prepare witness statements, prosecution files, and support legal teams in Court.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in managing ASB cases.
Knowledge of ASB policies and procedures.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to prepare detailed records and work with legal teams.
