An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team at Lings Bar Hospital. This role focuses on providing high-quality care to older adults within an inpatient setting. The position is full-time, offering 37.5 hours per week, initially for a duration of 2 months.
Pay Rate: Band 5
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for older adults.
Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Educate patients and their families about conditions and effective management strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience working with older people and in rehabilitation settings.
Strong assessment, treatment, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
HCPC Registered
