Social Worker - Safeguarding / Permanence -Hull City Council £35p/h
Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting a Social Worker to join Hull City Council Safeguarding / Permanence Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Risk Assessment: Identify and explain the nature and level of risk to children, and the potential impact if no action is taken.
* Child-Cantered Work: Understand the child's lived experience through family visits, direct work, and observations.
* Planning and Intervention: Develop plans and approaches that make a tangible positive difference for children and their families.
* Caseload: Work with children in need, those in need of protection, those under PLO/pre-proceedings processes, and children subject to public and private law proceedings, as well as looked after children prior to transfer to the care service.
Requirements:
* Social Work England registration.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Full UK driving license.
* Social Work Qualification (degree or equivalent).
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a social worker within children's services.
