Bradford Children and Families Trust is currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Performance, Commissioning & Partnership department as a Quality and Assurance Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the quality and assurance of social care services within the Performance, Commissioning & Partnership department.
* Conduct audits and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of services, ensuring they meet statutory requirements and best practice standards.
* Provide feedback and recommendations for service improvements, supporting teams to deliver high-quality care.
* Work closely with social workers and management to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
* Lead on the development and implementation of quality assurance frameworks, tools, and processes.
* Ensure all reporting and documentation is completed to a high standard, meeting the regulatory and legislative requirements.
* Promote a culture of reflective practice and continuous learning across teams.
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England.
* Proven experience in quality assurance or audit roles within childrens services.
* In-depth knowledge of social care legislation, standards, and best practices.
* Excellent analytical and report-writing skills, with the ability to provide clear recommendations for improvement.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with staff across different levels.
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders.
