Eden Brown Synergy are working with a Public Sector Organisation within East London, who require an experienced HR Business Consultant in Employee Relations to join their expanding team. This is a fixed term, full time position for 12 months and the working pattern is 1 to 2 days on-site, the rest working from home.
Roles duties:
*To provide support and advice to managers on ER Cases including grievances, disciplinaries, suspensions, performance management and TUPE support, predominately within the Housing and Communities team
*To provide an effective and responsive HR service to meet customer needs and deliver the overall objectives of the Council and partner organisations covering high risk and complex ER cases
*To work in collaboration with the HRBP's in policies
*To keep up to date with the latest trends in HR, employment law and OD in order to provide accurate and meaningful support within services
Possessing a L5 CIPD qualification is essential for this position. The salary can range between £40,833 - £42,840 per annum and the organisation are looking for someone to join the team in October 2024 onwards.
