Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a highly skilled, cohesive staff team.
* Ensure the delivery of the highest standards of physical, emotional, and cultural care.
* Empower children through choices and independence.
* Uphold respect for each childs individuality, including their race, gender, culture, and beliefs.
* Engage with families and carers in the decision-making process.

What We're Looking For:
* A motivated, caring, and committed individual with 5 years of experience in residential settings, including 2 years working with children with disabilities.
* Strong leadership skills and a track record of maintaining outstanding service delivery.
* A deep understanding of children's homes regulations and quality care standards.
