Eden Brown Synergy are currently working with an Established Trust in Lancashire, who are seeking a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner

Job Title: Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner (RMN or Social Worker)
Rate: £26 per hour
Location: Lancashire.
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-time)

Job Description:
* Temporary role covering long-term sickness
* Experience in the community is preferred but not essential
* Manage a small caseload of individuals living in the community with various mental health needs
* Support and supervision will be provided
