Eden Brown Synergy are currently working with an Established Trust in Lancashire, who are seeking a Band 7 Non-Medical Prescriber

Job Title: Band 7 Non-Medical Prescriber
Location: Ormskirk, Lancashire
Pay Rate: £31 per hour
Hours: Part-time, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 AM - 5 PM (flexible)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Band 7 Non-Medical Prescriber to join our team on a part-time basis. The base will be at Ormskirk for one, possibly two days a week. The clinic is currently booked for Thursdays, with additional days being flexible based on availability.

Key Responsibilities
* Prescribe and review dementia medications, including Donepezil, Galantamine, Rivastigmine, and Memantine.
* Assess patients who have already been initiated on medication and determine if continued prescribing is appropriate.
* Conduct clinical reviews and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
* Qualified Non-Medical Prescriber.
* Experience in prescribing dementia medications.
* Availability for Thursday clinics and potentially Tuesdays or other flexible days.
