Eden Brown Synergy is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join the MASH Team at Nottinghamshire County Council. This role provides an opportunity to work with children and families while making a significant impact through restorative practice and strong case analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct MASH research following local policy and procedures, ensuring each assessment includes a thorough analysis of risk and protective factors.
- Identify social differences in children and families during the assessment process, ensuring that plans effectively address the impact of these factors.
- Work closely with children and families to carry out purposeful, planned, and focused assessments after referrals.
- Analyze initial findings and progress cases accordingly, raising concerns while maintaining a restorative approach with families.
Qualifications:
- Social Work Qualification
- Registered with Social Work England
- Enhanced DBS
