Customer Service Manager - Housing Repairs
Location: London (Hybrid - Minimum 3 days in office)
Are you a passionate Customer Service Manager looking to make a real impact? Our client, a leading organisation in the housing sector, is seeking an experienced professional to lead and enhance their customer service operations.
The Role
As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing a five-person call centre and a three-person members enquiry team.
Overseeing and responding to Ombudsman enquiries.
Ensuring a customer-first approach in all aspects of repairs and service delivery.
Driving continuous improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in customer service management, ideally within housing or repairs.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience handling Ombudsman enquiries.
A passion for delivering outstanding service and putting customers at the heart of operations.
