Challenging Inequalities Project Manager
Eden Brown Synergy is delighted to collaborate with a local authority, based in London who are seeking a Challenging Inequalities Project Manager to support the implementation and coordination of our Challenging Inequality Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an ambitious strategy aimed at fostering a fairer and more inclusive community.
The role is initially for 3 months, and hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery and coordination of the Challenging Inequality Programme across internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Support governance arrangements for key working groups and partnerships, ensuring high-quality reporting and strategic alignment.
* Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and track strategic action plans for tackling inequality.
* Engage with staff forums and equalities champions to promote inclusivity within the organization.
* Conduct research, develop reports, and analyze key data to inform decision-making and policy improvements.
* Identify opportunities to link projects, drive new initiatives, and enhance the impact of ongoing work.
Essential Skills:
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful leader who shares our commitment to equality and inclusion. You should have:
* Experience in project management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
* Strong communication skills to engage diverse audiences and produce high-quality reports.
* A solid understanding of equalities issues and how to implement change within large organizations.
* The ability to carry out research, develop strategic action plans, and monitor progress effectively.
