Social Worker Opportunity - Kinship Team | Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council

Are you a passionate Social Worker with fostering experience? Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council is seeking a dedicated professional to join their Kinship Team and make a meaningful impact!

Role Overview:

Manage a caseload of Kinship carers, providing supervision and support
Complete Connected Carer (Form K) assessments and present them to panel
Offer ongoing guidance and assistance as required

Pay Rate:

£206.87 per day (UMB)

Requirements:

Fostering experience is essential
Strong assessment and reporting skills
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
