About the Role:
Bracknell Forest Council is seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join their Locality Team. You will work closely with children and families to provide early intervention, assessment, and safeguarding support, ensuring the best outcomes for children in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
? Assess and support children and families under CIN, CP, and safeguarding frameworks.
? Manage a diverse and complex caseload effectively.
? Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver tailored support plans.
? Prepare clear, concise reports for meetings, court proceedings, and statutory reviews.
? Use evidence-based practice to inform decision-making and care planning.
About You:
? Qualified Social Worker (QSW) with SWE registration.
? Strong experience in child protection, safeguarding, and risk assessment.
? Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
? Skilled in multi-agency collaboration and report writing.
? Experience using case management systems.
