Eden Brown Synergy is currently seeking a dedicated Children with Disability (CWD) Social Worker to join our team in Durham County council .
Job Description:
As a CWD Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to children with disabilities and their families in the Durham County council area.
Your duties will include:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of children with disabilities.
- Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child.
- Providing guidance and support to families and caregivers to ensure the well-being of the child.
- Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to coordinate services and resources for children with disabilities.
- Advocating for the rights and best interests of children with disabilities within the community.
Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a social worker within childrens services
- Registration with Social Work England
- Valid driving license and access to own vehicle
