Revenues Officer
Southwark Council

We are seeking six Revenues Officers to join the Debt Resolution Service within our Income Operations Service at Southwark Council.

In this role, you will work to reduce arrears and influence customer payment behaviours through:

Direct customer contact and payment negotiation
Verifying liabilities, discounts, and exemptions
Liaising with third parties
Taking appropriate recovery actions based on individual customer circumstances

Requirements

Extensive experience with NEC (Northgate Revenues) and Council Tax Legislation
Experience with Civica Collect (Onestep) is desirable but not essential

Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at Southwark offices or surrounding areas at least two days per week. Home visits may also be required.
