Job Advert: Newly Qualified Social Worker - Safeguarding
Location: Birmingham | Hybrid Working | 1-2 Days in Office (New Aston House)

We have an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Social Worker (NQSW) to join the Safeguarding Team in Birmingham. This role offers a supportive environment for those with prior safeguarding experience, providing an opportunity to develop within a hybrid working model.

Requirements:
Must be a Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
If Newly Qualified, candidates must have experience in safeguarding, including:
Undertaking safeguarding concerns and decision-making.
Exposure to the safeguarding process.
Understanding how legislation underpins risk assessments.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and policies.
Role Details:
Hybrid working: 1-2 days per week in the office at New Aston House.
Supportive team environment with structured supervision and professional development opportunities.
