? Hiring: Social Worker - Safeguarding (Team 6) ?
? Location: Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough PE2 8TY
? Pay Rate: £40 per hour (umbrella)
? Contract: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days office-based)
Key Responsibilities:
? Court Work - Preparing and presenting reports for legal proceedings.
? Child Protection - Assessing risk and implementing safeguarding plans.
? Child in Need (CIN) Cases - Supporting children and families to prevent escalation.
? Looked After Children (LAC) - Ensuring the well-being of children in care.
? Report Writing - Preparing detailed assessments, care plans, and court reports.
Requirements:
? Qualified Social Worker (QSW) registered with Social Work England.
? Minimum 2 years experience in Child Protection, CIN, or LAC.
? Strong court experience and ability to write high-quality reports.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced safeguarding team.
