? Hiring: Senior Social Worker - Family Help Team (Norfolk) ?
? Location: County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, NR1 2UA
? Pay Rate: £45 per hour
? Contract: Full-time, Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
? Providing early intervention and support to families to prevent escalation.
? Working closely with children, young people, and families to improve outcomes.
? Undertaking assessments, direct work, and multi-agency collaboration.
? Supporting Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases.
? Delivering strengths-based interventions to promote family resilience.
Requirements:
? Qualified Social Worker (QSW) registered with Social Work England.
? Minimum 3 years experience in a children's social care setting.
? Strong assessment, intervention, and risk management skills.
? Experience working in a Family Help or Early Intervention Team is desirable.
