Quality Manager Opportunity - Bradford
Bradford is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and manage a team focused on evaluating and improving children's services. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people while ensuring high professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Quality Assurance & Improvement Officers to safeguard and support children and young people.
- Develop and implement quality assurance systems to improve service delivery.
- Analyze and present complex data for key stakeholders using case management systems and Excel.
- Design high-quality audit and review tools to assess statutory compliance and professional standards.
- Manage monthly audits across Early Help, Fostering, Social Work, and Youth Offending teams.
- Prepare audit reports highlighting strengths, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the Head of Service for Ofsted inspection preparations.
- Ensure policies and procedures align with the needs of children and families.
- Collaborate with the Social Care Workforce Development Team to integrate findings into staff training.
- Conduct Section 11 audits and coordinate with partner agencies for audit alignment.
Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years' experience as a Social Worker in children's services
- Social Work England Registration
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
