We are looking for experienced Qualified Social Workers (QSW) to join our Adult Social Care countywide team in Lancashire. While we operate countywide, we aim to allocate work as close to your location as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and manage caseloads within Adult Social Care.
Work with individuals, families, and partner agencies to promote independence and well-being.
Provide safeguarding interventions and risk management.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
Requirements:
Social Work England registration.
Previous experience in Adult Social Care.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act).
Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team.
