To provide a dynamic, early intervention, enforcement, prevention and people focussed service for investigating and resolving instances of anti-social behaviour (ASB) across Somerset Council's housing communities.
Provide an effective and proactive ASB management service, to include ownership of a caseload of anti-social behaviour issues, nuisance and hate crime, and to effectively and proactively deal with the perpetrators of ASB.
To oversee the administration and management of social housing properties. With an overall responsibility of approximately 2,800 properties.
