Social Worker required for work within the Looked After Children's Team in the Yeovil area of Somerset. Long Term contracts in beautiful Somerset. 37 hrs a week. Competitive rates of pay. The team has a strong management structure. Flexible hybrid working arrangements and compress hours available.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced social worker to join the Looked After Children's Team in Yeovil. Your duties will include pathway plans, visiting to children in care and care leavers, supporting young people, handle extremely complex cases with the assistance of management team. Maintaining close positive links with outside agencies and service providers within the community is a priority.

Candidates must have the ability to build positive relationships with children & families, knowledge & experience of CLA processes. Ideally court experience. Multi- tasking, able to record accurate information on systems & reports, the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
