Job Opportunity: Mental Health Social Worker - Community Team (Enfield)

We are currently seeking a Mental Health Social Worker for a locum position within the Community Mental Health Team in Enfield. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support individuals with mental health needs within the community, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide effective care and support.

Role Overview:
As a Mental Health Social Worker in the Community Team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing ongoing support to individuals with mental health conditions. You will work closely with health professionals, service users, and their families to ensure individuals receive the right level of care in the community.

Key Requirements:
Social Work England registration

Experience in Mental Health Social Work, ideally within a community setting

Strong knowledge of relevant mental health legislation and care pathways

Excellent assessment, communication, and crisis intervention skills

Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

What We Offer:
£32.00 per hour

Locum role with potential for extension
