New Opportunity - Advanced Practitioner (Quality Assurance) - Children's Social Care
Location: Hybrid (approx. 60% office-based, remainder flexible)
Hours: 30 hours per week (working days and hours negotiable)
Type: Non-Case Holding Role
Are you an experienced social care professional with a passion for quality assurance and continuous improvement? We're currently recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner to join a dedicated Quality Assurance and Improvement team within Children's Social Care.
This is a non-case holding role, offering the opportunity to make a strategic impact without direct casework responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support full case file audit cycles
Lead and support thematic dip sample audits
Support policy and procedure development, including maintaining the Tri X repository
Develop documentation and materials to facilitate effective sharing of learning from audits across services
Track, manage, and report on actions arising from audits
Use performance data to guide audit activities and deep-dive themes
Contribute QA insights into service governance and inspection readiness activities
