Adults Social Worker - Hereford Council
Location: Herefordshire
Rate: £35 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella)
Contract: 3 months
Hours: 37 per week
Hybrid Working

Herefordshire Adult Social Care is seeking an experienced Locum Adults Social Worker to join the team on a temporary basis. The role focuses on Care Act Reviews and safeguarding enquiries for adults across the county.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Care Act 2014 reviews

Complete safeguarding enquiries

Apply the Mental Capacity Act 2005

Deliver strengths-based assessments

Maintain accurate records using Mosaic (training provided)

Requirements:

Proven experience in Adult Social Care

Sound knowledge of Care Act and MCA

Strong communication and report-writing skills

Ability to travel across Herefordshire (minimum 2 office/visit days per week)
