Job Summary:
Noble's Hospital is seeking a Band 7 Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to join the Duty Team within the Community Mental Health Service for Adults (CMHSA) on a full-time temporary basis. The postholder will play a critical role in delivering statutory mental health assessments and interventions in line with UK legislation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, multi-disciplinary team on the Isle of Man, contributing to high-quality community mental health care.

Key Requirements:
Must be AMHP Qualified (Approved Mental Health Professional status)

Recent UK experience in a similar statutory mental health role

Ability to work autonomously and make defensible decisions under the Mental Health Act

Hammersmith & Fulham Council is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Complex OT Team on a temporary basis. This team forms part of the OT Waiting List initiative, and is focused on reducing the backlog of outstanding OT assessments.

You will be responsible for managing a complex clinical caseload, involving individuals with multiple and diverse needs including psychological, neurological, emotional, and behavioural challenges, as well as age-related and social conditions.

Job Summary:
Manx Care and the Isle of Man Constabulary have partnered to deliver a high-quality, confidential Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) for victims of rape and sexual assault. The Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) will provide holistic, trauma-informed clinical care and forensic medical examinations to individuals of all genders and ages who report sexual violence-whether recent or historic.

The successful candidate will either already be trained as a SANE or be willing to complete relevant accredited training within 6-12 months of starting.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver forensic medical examinations including the collection and documentation of evidence in accordance with FFLM standards

Provide sensitive, non-judgemental support and advocacy to complainants

Undertake risk assessments including safeguarding, mental health, and physical wellbeing

Liaise with partner agencies (police, social care, sexual health, mental health) to ensure coordinated and appropriate care

Ensure forensic integrity, including chain of custody, sample handling, and evidence documentation

Support complainants through onward referrals and follow-up care

Participate in audits, clinical governance, service development, and peer review

Contribute to rotas including out-of-hours provision as required

Essential Criteria:
NMC Registered Nurse or Midwife with at least 4 years post-registration experience

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant clinical area (e.g. Gynaecology, GUM, Sexual Health, Emergency Dept, or Midwifery)

Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and clinical governance

Experience of forensic documentation or willingness to train

Willingness to complete accredited "Introduction to SARC" training within 6 months

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and within a multi-agency team

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable Criteria:
Higher qualification (e.g. Diploma/Degree in relevant field)

Experience in gynaecological or proctoscopic examination

V300 Independent Prescriber or PGD experience

Prior SANE experience with portfolio of competence

Familiarity with SARC services, forensic pathways, and safeguarding frameworks

Understanding of STIs, contraception, and PEP provision

These vital roles will be based within integrated Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) at Prescott House and Ramsgate House, and will play a key part in the statutory review of mental health care packages, including 12-month reviews in line with the Care Act 2014 and Section 117 of the Mental Health Act.

Key Responsibilities:

The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub in Devon are recruiting a highly motivated and talented Social Worker with experience in Children's Services to join their team in Exeter. As a temporary member of staff you will be considered an integral part of this team. Exeter is a picturesque city in Devon. 37 hours a week, 3 month+ contracts on a rate of £38ph. Devon offer an Accommodation/commuter allowance up to £150pw.

The team operates a county wide multi-agency approach, operating effectively and efficiently to deliver the best possible outcomes for children, young people and families.

You will be required to act quickly, in a coordinated and consistent way. So working well under pressure and to tight deadlines will be an expectation. You will have the ability to write succinct evidence based reports and present social care information and issues that can impact on the risk or needs assessment of the child/young person. Although at times this role can be highly demanding, it is an office based role with minimal travel.
